Dr. Brianne Grogan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a pelvic health expert with personal experience of pelvic floor dysfunction. She has created 'Overcome Pelvic Pain for Women' to help women with pelvic pain.

It's a 12 week program that combines a daily stretching routine, mindset work, nutrition, trigger point releases, deep relaxation poses, and an understanding of anatomy to gently bring you back to strength.
